ANTISPATTER AGENTS
What is Spatter?
During MIG welding, spatter sticks to the substrate. Spatter is the small molten metal particles that splash all over your work while you’re welding. It may stick to all of those surfaces and harden into a very strong surface as they cool—making clean-up a very time-consuming process. In addition, it can clog your torch head.
Fortunately, there are a variety of anti-spatter welding solutions for this problem.

ANTISPATTER SPRAYS
Releze Anti-spatter spray is available in both Silicone based and Silicone Free formulation that forms a light and efficient coating over the metal substrate sprayed on to prevent the adhesion of metal spatter to the surface during the welding process.
It saves time and labor on intense processes like grinding. It also offers a wide operating temperature between -20⁰C to 410⁰C
Silicone based antispatter are not desirable where post process of painting is required to be done. In such places, Releze Silicone free Antispatter spray is preferred.
